Revocable Living Trusts are excellent devices to use in estate planning. They are more than just the latest fad. However, they are not your only option. You do not have to get a Revocable Living Trust and getting one might not be the best option for you. Rather than just going for the latest trend because someone else thinks it?s a good idea, you should ask around about other options.
