Blonde Reagan to sweep the Gain Feeds Yorkshire St Leger ? 1st Semi-Final
The two-year-old fawn dog, Blonde Reagan, started racing just this season and has not failed to prove himself time and again. He is racing at Doncaster for a second straight time after landing a race there just through the last start. The Gain Feeds Yorkshire St Leger ? 1st Semi-Final will be raced over 661 metres flat on Friday, 31st August. Competing for getting entitled to the ?250 prize money are Ballymac Pet, Pantone Ava, Balmi Blue, Coolykereen Dip and Mays Stewart.
The Mark Wallis trained ended third in his career debut after getting drilled over 450 metres at Sunderland on 25th June, 2012.
He ended third on 30th June, 2012 at Sunderland over 640 metres while the race was won by, Elwick Ghost, in 40.14 seconds.
The fawn dog?s first success of the season was in the Williamhill.com Grand Prix ? 2nd Semi-Final on 7th July, 2012 over 640 metres. He was quick to race away, went wide and then led for the distance that remained, concluding the race in 39.52 seconds. The two-year-old had to share the success with the kennel mate, Swift Reagan.
Missing the race by 5 ? lengths was, Dixies Air, who made it to the wire in 39.96 seconds.
He fell short of composure in the very next try and then claimed the Hove Stayers on 19th July, 2012 at Hove over 695 metres. Rushing out of the fifth gate, the fawn dog followed the identical style as in the success before this and clocked the track distance in 41.53 seconds. He won by the margin of 1 ? lengths and set Lets Do This, as the runner-up.
For a second time out of the first five outings of the season, the two-year-old out of, Swift Babe, lost the very next race that followed success on 19th July, 2012.
Nearly ten days down the month, he won the Coral, The Home Of The Moneyback Offer Stayers on 31st July, 2012 at Hove over 695 metres. He won the race in 41.30 seconds and defeated the favourite entry, Express Trend, by 3 ? lengths.
The 6 to 4 entry just won the first heat of the Gain Feeds Yorkshire St Leger on 24th August, 2012 over 661 metres which leaves the two-year-old with no real excuse to miss the chance tonight.
