yes, it's federal and required to give me up to 12 weeks, which means 4 weeks unpaid, I'm assuming, since law requires up to 12 weeks.

There is no requirement that it has to match the same policy as maternity though, that I can see, just that it's required up to 12 weeks.

Since our maternity leave is better than most, I guess it just makes it seem like the adoption leave is worse

for this info. I need to save up so I can take that other 4 weeks
