Mixologists get all the press, bartenders get the attention and now barbacks get their turn in the spotlight with the Barback Games at Regency Ballroom. The pop legacy of Britney Spears lives on with the It's Britney, B*itch Flash Mob and Bizarre Bazaar celebrates its sixth year with locally produced arts and crafts. The Great Lung Run Arrival honors Kelcey Harrison's cross-country run to promote lung cancer awareness and a World AIDS Day Observance is planned for National AIDS Memorial Grove in Golden Gate Park.

• Britney Spears Flash Mob

  Time and location are TBD, but wherever this flashmob pops up, it should be entertaining. Dancers will hit the streets for a medley of Britney hits with their favorite Britney getups for the It's Britney, B*itch Flash Mob. <a href="http://www.sfstation.com/britney-spears-flash-mob-dance-class-final-review-e1769312">Saturday</a>.

• Bizarre Bazaar 2012

  Bazaar Bizarre celebrates all things local with its annual shopping event at the Concourse Exhibition Center. Planned for this year: a handmade market, DIY workshops, a crafty raffle and more. <a href="http://www.sfstation.com/bazaar-bizarre-holiday-2012-e167191">Saturday and Sunday</a>.

• World AIDS Day Observance

  San Francisco's official World AIDS Day Observance includes recognition of local heroes, performances and a reading of names. <a href="http://www.sfstation.com/world-aids-day-observance-e1775492">Saturday</a>.

• The Great Lung Run Arrival

  To raise awareness and funds for Lung Cancer, and to honor a friend, Jill Costello, who lost her battle to the disease at only 22, Kelcey Harrison, a 24-year-old Harvard grad, began running across the country from NYC to SF on July 30th. <a href="www.sfstation.com/the-great-lung-run-arrival-e1768031">Saturday</a>.

• Fernet-Branca Barback Games
